Zack Weiner is an actor living on the Upper West Side of New York. When the movie industry shuts down, Zack and his friend Joe embark on a unique project: making a film about running for city council, when he’s actually running for the New York City Council. Zack and his campaign are working with their community at the local level, trying to make life better on their west sides, but the campaign is struggling to get attention. Then, with some unusual tactics, Zack’s team propels their villainous campaign to the top of New York politics.
