I’ve seen others bash the writing

A remake of the film Le bureau des légendes (2015). Let me start this off by saying that I haven’t seen the original French series that this is based on. I’m also a huge Fassbwnder fan, so please take these things into consideration.

I just don’t agree at all

It can be very mysterious and a bit vague at times, but it all builds and kept me very intrigued and interested. I found the other lead actors to be very strong in their roles so far. Fassbender is great, but a bit understated.

Also starring Jodie Turner

Although that will obviously change based on upcoming previews. Smith is new to me but I love her so far. You can feel things really bubbling under the surface so I’m looking forward to the next episodes.
