Barry Keoghan dropped out of the role of Gladiator II (2024) to star in this film instead. This is an excellent coming-of-age story reminiscent of Wild Diamond, but in my opinion even better executed.

Bailey meets Bird, a character who embodies the person she wants to become
At first, she mocks Bird, but by the end, her mockery turns to admiration. Bailey has to overcome numerous challenges, and Bird subtly guides her to the solution.
What really matters is the journey and development Bailey goes through
